How long will the sale last?

The sale will run from noon on Thursday, May 2nd through noon on Monday, May 6th, Eastern Time.

What items are included in the sale?

The sale includes all items on our website, with the exception of gift cards, event tickets, already discounted items (which are greater than 30% off!), our Plant Surprise, Plantagrams, anything under $5, and the 'Plant Mom' Garden Gift.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Fulfillment times typically run up to 10 days, but they might be a tad longer due to the influx of orders during the sale. Rest assured, our small team is hustling to get your order to you pronto. We ship based in the order they're received - first in, first out.

Each BWH plant is meticulously grown in our greenhouse, carefully inspected, and packaged with purpose to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. While this takes a little extra time, we're confident our plants will surpass your expectations.

How can I track my order?

Once it's shipped, you'll get an email with tracking info to monitor its journey. If you haven't received this email yet, it just means your order is still getting ready to ship. 

Can I request an estimated day/time that my order will ship?

We kindly request that you hold off on asking about a ship date for your order. Our team is working hard to process orders promptly, and we can't give ETAs due to the number of orders we're handling.

What if I won't be home to receive my order?

If you think you might not be around when your order arrives, consider asking a friend, neighbor, or roommate to lend a hand by receiving and unpacking it for you. If that's not doable, feel free to reach out to us at support@bwhplantco.com. We can hold your order for up to 1 week to make sure it gets to you at a convenient time.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. This includes removing or adding items, or combining multiple orders. Please review your order carefully before checking out. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we are unable to cancel orders, regardless of their progress in our fulfillment process.

What if my order arrives damaged or I am not satisfied with my purchase?

While it's usually not a problem, we want you to be as happy with our plants as we are. That's why we created our Plant People Promise

If your plant arrives damaged and doesn't bounce back after travel, struggles to settle into its new home, or you're simply not satisfied with your order, get in touch within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item. We'll gladly replace it (if available and if weather permits) or provide store credit.
